and the red lands of Puglia. Our Raw Bar philosophy celebrates
the ingredient in its noblest state, elevating it with international
techniques and a touch of healthy irreverence.
Our cuisine is a constant dialogue between two worlds. We brought to Ibiza the best of the Apulian tradition, blending it with the energy of Spanish cuisine and the techniques of international fusion.
Raw Excellence: Our selection of elite cold cuts is an unprecedented sensory journey. From the famous capocollo of Martina Franca, a presidium of Apulian craftsmanship, to the marbled melt-in-your-mouth wagyu carpaccio, up to the bold character of black angus bresaola.
